Fibonacci SNR

The MSNR book shows two Fibonacci tool presets: one for key levels inside a pullback and one for targets. It teaches the full method in a live class, so this lesson covers the levels and a simple way to use them.

00.618–0.6540.786–0.8221▲ reaction
Drawn from the swing low (1) to the swing high (0). The bands around 0.618–0.654 and 0.786–0.822 are where a pullback is most likely to react, and they are strongest when an SNR sits inside them.

Rules

  • For a buy, draw from the swing low to the swing high. For a sell, the reverse.
  • Look for an SNR (Classic, OCL, RBS/SBR) inside the 0.618 or 0.786 band.
  • The extension levels (1.618–2.77) are possible take-profit areas.
  • Fibonacci is a confluence tool. The SNR is still the reason for the trade.
