Every candle tells a short story with four prices: open, high, low and close (OHLC). Reading that story is the base of every MSNR level.
A bull candle closes above its open and a bear candle closes below. In a market that trades non-stop, candle 1's close is almost the same price as candle 2's open. MSNR levels live at that join.
Body = decision, wick = test
A long upper wick means price pushed up and sellers pushed it back down. The wick is useful information about rejection, but the level itself is drawn at the body.
Colour changes matter
When a bull candle is followed by a bear candle, the market changed its mind at that close. When two candles of the same colour follow each other, the market kept going without a pause. The first case gives you Classic levels. The second gives you OCL. Both come next.
Rules
Note the open and close of every important candle, not just the high and low.
A doji (open ≈ close) is indecision; it does not create a level on its own.
Read candles in pairs: what did the next candle do at this close?
